Booking confirmation
The reservation is only confirmed when the required deposit has been paid and you have received our written confirmation.Booking cancellation
Regardless of the reason, its severity or exceptional nature, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee for cancellations 28 to 0 days before arrival. In the case of cancellations up to 28 days before the arrival date, the amount of the deposit may be deducted from the cost of a subsequent holiday of equal or greater duration. In any case, the deposit will not be returned.Types of Room
Comfort Room. Room with Moena view supplement of €5.00 per person per night. Room Junior Suite 15% supplement per person per night.Late arrival and early departure
The entire stay reserved will be charged (see European regulations in this regard).Payment methods
All extra expenses/consumption for your stay will be charged to your room and can be paid by cash within the legal limits, bank cheque, debit card or credit card (Visa and MasterCard).Tourism tax
Prices do not include tourist tax of €2.50 per person per night from the age of 14 for a maximum of 10 consecutive nights.Special offers

All our rooms are non-smoking.Meals
Meals not taken will not be deducted from the cost of the stay agreed upon when confirming the reservation. Drinks dispensed from dispensers in the restaurant during breakfast and afternoon snack are included in the cost of the stay. All other drinks must be considered not included in the price of the stay.Mid-August, Christmas and New Year holidays
No supplement will be charged for the Mid-August Gala Dinner, the Christmas Dinner and the New Year’s Eve Celebration.Arrivals and departures
Rooms will be available from 3 pm on the day of arrival. For arrivals after 8 pm, we would appreciate your notification. Rooms must be vacated by 10 am on the day of departure.Day use
If the room is available, you can request day use for the day of your departure. You may vacate your room after 6 pm for an extra charge of €80.00 per room. The service must be requested directly on site.Late check-out
You may leave your luggage in the luggage room and enjoy free access to the Wellness/Pool area at no extra charge.Room Service
Room service can be requested in advance for a small surcharge.Parking
Parking spaces will be randomly allocated both outside and in the underground garage.Children
Children up to 2 years old, are charged a flat rate of €25.00 including the board 3/4.Shuttle Service
Our shuttle bus (with 7+1 seats) does not operate during the summer season but only during the winter season from the first day of opening to the last day before closing. The service will not be available in the periods before and after those indicated.Four-legged friends
Pets are allowed without size restrictions. Attendance must be authorised at the time of booking and with a flat-rate supplement of €10.00 per night. Pets are not allowed in public areas, the wellness centre and the restaurant. The owner is responsible for any damage to furniture and furnishings.
